1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive an incorrect item.
Damaged or Defective Product – If the product is damaged in transit or has quality issues.
Expired Product – If the product delivered is past its expiry date.

Partially Used Product – If the packaging is opened and the product is consumed partially.
Improper Storage – Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

3. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved, we will process your refund as per the following guidelines:

Refund Options

💳 Original Payment Mode – Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for purchase within 5-7 business days.
🛒 Store Credit – If preferred, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
💵 Replacement – In eligible cases, we may send a replacement instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

      • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
      • Discounted or sale items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

4. Order Cancellations

🚀 Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
